Responding to the decidedly 21st-century dilemma of "greening" the king of supercars, car manufacturer Lamborghini believes it has come up with an answer. Its newest vehicle will use a small electric motor when moving at slow speeds, but will allow the full power of its gas-guzzling engine to take hold on the open road.
The move towards hybrid technology comes shortly after Lamborghini's recent announcement of its Estoque family sedan. The company plans to start actually building these hybrid freaks of vehicular nature by 2015.
So, when you're driving your $500,000 sports car around town in your $25,000 suit after your $400 dinner hoping to pick up on members of the fairer sex, you can now save a few bucks on gas while doing so.
