This iPad-shaped device comes with a 7-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 533MHz processor, a 256MB RAM, a 2GB SSD, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 1.3-megapixel camera, a music/video player, WiFi, GPS (optional), Bluetooth (optional), 3G (optional), a USB 2.0 port, a 2400mAh battery and running on Android 1.6 OS. Priced at $199.
